Couscous Shrimp Sweet Sour

Ingredients:
CousCous
Red & green capsicum
pineapple
shrimp
some chive
olive oil
salt and pepper

Duration:
Depending on experience 15-20 min


  1. If you are using frozen shrimp, defrost them and wash them with cold water

  2. Cut the peppers into small cubes

  3. Chop the chive into small pieces

  4. Fry the shrimp in a pan till they look properly dead. They tend to become more yellow then

  5. Add the capsicum and fry both together for about 5 min

  6. In the meantime boil some water

  7. Pepare the couscous

  8. Put the chive and the couscous into a bowl

  9. Mix up both by adding some salt, pepper and olive oil

  10. Watch the shrimp!

  11. Pour the boiled water over the couscous, so that you have about one finger water over the top

  12. Shrimp are done, take em from the flame and add the pineapple

  13. If you have some fuit juice from the pineapple add it as well, but not too much

  14. Stir shrimp

  15. Stir couscous

  16. Both done, put on a plate and enjoy
